If you start to feel robotic, chances are you are coming off as robotic

Everything must adjust. This may also mean taking some time to reset yourself. It’s better earlier than later to get to the source of this feeling. For me this means normally adjusting when I teach or what kind of class I teach to break monotony. If it is not possible to change these, I could change the class structure or select all of my favourite songs for a playlist.
